LV Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of reservation, consultation, information provision, and other services (hereinafter "Services") provided through the website and related online channels operated by LV Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics (hereinafter "the Clinic").

Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Clinic shall post these Terms on its website so that users can review them. The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Any amendments shall be announced at least 7 days before the effective date, specifying the effective date and reasons for the change. For changes unfavorable to users, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance.

The Clinic shall not be liable for damages arising from service changes or discontinuation, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, communication issues, or other force majeure events. The Clinic shall not be liable for damages arising from such interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Notifications)

The Clinic may notify users through the contact information provided (phone, email, messenger, etc.). For notifications to unspecified users, posting on the website shall suffice.

Article 7 (Reservation Requests and Confirmation)

Users may request reservations through the website or other channels. Reservations are confirmed after the Clinic's review and approval. Reservations may be restricted or canceled in the following cases: • Submission of false information • Interference with service operations • Other inappropriate use

Article 8 (Consultation Services)

The Clinic endeavors to protect the content of consultations. Consultations may be restricted in the following cases: • Repeated or malicious inquiries • Violations of laws or these Terms

Information provided by the Clinic is for general reference only and cannot substitute for medical judgment. Specific diagnosis and treatment must be determined through consultation with medical professionals.

Article 10 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following: • Submitting false information • Misusing others' information • Infringing on the rights of the Clinic or third parties • Interfering with service operations • Illegal or inappropriate conduct The Clinic may restrict service use or delete content in case of violations.

Article 11 (Copyright)

Copyright of content provided by the Clinic belongs to the Clinic. Users may not use or distribute content without prior permission.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Clinic shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of services. However, cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Clinic are excluded.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Disputes between the Clinic and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the court having jurisdiction over the Clinic's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 14 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Service are effective as of March 17, 2026.
